Are you insured?

Yes! Accidents happen. That is why we carry liability insurance, which includes employee crime.. If something breaks or is damaged during a cleaning session, we will let you know immediately and will determine the next course of action.


What is your cancellation policy?

Time is money! We understand things happen. We kindly ask that you cancel with 24 hour notice. This can be done via phone, text or email. If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, the client will be responsible for 100% of the service.

What if there is inclement weather?

It is New England..am I right? One minute it is 80 degrees, the next it is snowing. We will do our best to still provide services if there is inclement weather. We will let you know within 12 hours of your appointment time if we need to cancel.

What about my pets?

If there is ANY issue with your service, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can rectify the situation. Refunds will only be offered at the discretion of our team. That said, if a one time clean is done, there are times where we cannot get your space spotless. This often takes multiple cleans. Also, by hiring us you understand that there are times we are unable to remove build up without damaging your property. If we believe we cannot safely remove built on food, soap scum, stains, we will remove what we can but not pursue further. This often happens when areas are neglected for long periods of time.

What is your payment policy?

We will send an invoice at the completion of service and kindly request that payment is made when the invoice is received. You may pay via this invoice or via Venmo @twogirlsonemop. We also accept cash, check, and all credit cards. All electronic payments are subject to 3.5% service fee. This fee covers the cost that platforms and credit cards charge us to accept these payments. If cash or check are used, this fee will be deleted. If payment is not received by end of day, we will charge $15/day until paid.
